South American Iron & Steel operates its Ecuadorian projects through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Fierroinca del Ecuador S.A.

Due to the new Mining Law in Ecuador, the Company's concessions were dismissed. The Company is focussing its efforts on reinstating its onshore exploration rights in Ecuador.
